Expert Value Solutions—(EVS) was formed to bring together complete skill sets designed to lower the total cost of ownership for our Airline and MRO clients. Using a proven “toolkit”, EVS aims to analyze the clients current methodologies. Using these results EVS will how they can lower their Costs. For many years large consulting firms have explained to major Airlines round the world what they need to be doing. Unfortunately what they have invariably forgotten to do is to “Show Them” how to do it. EVS aims to bridge that gap and train the Airline people to actually reap the benefits of cost reduction through accredited training specifically designed to their needs. Along with physical examples of this so called “ Black Art” Airlines will then be able to do their own cost reduction through effective repair management. |
