In an effort to minimize cost, many airlines opt to accept a first ‘BER’ opinion or guidance and make no further attempt to re-assess the part or recover viable material from the uneconomical repair.  Not only does this constantly flush necessary material from the marketplace it fails to monitor the less scrupulous suppliers, and reduces any recovery to cost avoidance or simple scrap metal payments.

 

In conjunction with at least one authorized Repair Station, EVS has developed a unique recovery program which provides the following benefits:
